Hi. I'm Carlos Rodriguez, the owner of Palmer Art.  After many years of learning and perfecting my skills at framing, I took the opportunity to become the owner of my own business and I'm very happy to be here in Larchmont.
Framing requires a combination of skills, including a sense of design.  I'm very comfortable making suggestions, something you may not have thought of considering, giving your piece a whole other look you will be happy to hang in your home or office.  Whatever you choose, from what I believe to be the best variety of frames around, your piece will be framed right here in my well outfitted workroom.  This is where my education in mechanical engineering shines.  When you fianlly get your piece you will be delighted.  You will have a high end piece at a Reasonable Price!   Thanks for the warm welcome to Larchmont.  I plan to be here a long time!
